With a dedicated team of professionals devoted to commercial property, we act for companies and individuals in the acquisition and development of land, planning issues, agricultural property, acquisition and disposal of businesses and leasing of commercial and investment properties.

Headed byAllison Bunney in Truro, our commercial property team offers specialist practitioners in each of our seven offices. The department has close links with the Country Land Owners Association and we also have members of the Agricultural Law Association.

Sharing expertise

The Commercial Property Department works with other practitioners throughout our offices to offer comprehensive advice on the many issues affecting landed estates, farm owners, landowners and commoners associations.

Working with the Civil Litigation Department, our commercial property team is able to handle issues relating to housing law and the renewal of commercial leases.
