Coodes' Civil Litigation Department is comprised of a team of specialist lawyers with extensive experience over a wide range of personal and commercial disputes. Headed by Colin Hunter in St Austell, the department has professionals based in our offices across Cornwall each of whom have developed areas of professional expertise to ensure that our clients receive the best possible specialist advice.

Within our Department we also have a dedicated personal injury team who undertake work under fully insured conditional fee arrangements ("no win no fee"). The aim of the personal injury team is to achieve maximum compensation for individuals who suffer injuries following accidents, including road traffic accidents, accidents at work or slipping and tripping cases.
