Coodes achieved Investors in People status in 1995. This recognises the Business’ commitment to its staff and to training at all levels to perform their jobs to the best and to improve their individual performance.

We have a proactive approach to the training of our professional staff through external courses and regular in-house training. Our aim is to tailor individual needs to enable staff to keep up to date and to excel in their chosen specialities.

Our administration and support staff have benefited from taking training in IT and progressively we want to train support staff in a better understanding of the professional work that we undertake.

With an expanding business we are often looking for additional staff.

We also see the need to train staff for the future of the business. Coodes has developed a training plan for trainee solicitors, with training provided in all departments.
